BIKELAB is proud to be associated with DPS, New Zealand's largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. BIKELAB does not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. The DPS hosted payments page is secured using SSL.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your website is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.
All products are subject to availability. While we aim to keep our product availability up to date, we cannot always guarantee availability at the time of purchase. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we will notify you by email and offer alternatives or refund your purchase that day. We will always contact you regarding unexpected delays.
Pricing is shown in New Zealand Dollars. New Zealand pricing includes GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% which is included within the price.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.
Receiving a Refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by the Director at BIKELAB Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from bikelab.co.nz.
Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. Bikelab.co.nz reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which bikelab.co.nz can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by bikelab.co.nz.
A proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.
If someone has sent you a special gift from bikelab.co.nz but it wasn't quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a Web credit note which you can use to redeem on our web site. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within ten days of receiving the goods. A BIKELAB credit note will allow you to select a replacement item / items from our website for a period of one month. If you would like to use your credit note online, then please get in touch with our head office to organize an online purchase with your credit note. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges.
New Zealand Law
Any goods supplied or sold by BIKELAB, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
The personal information supplied to BIKELAB Limited will be stored by BIKELAB on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. BIKELAB will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
