Delivery Information for New Zealand
- All orders need to be signed for on delivery to ensure their safe arrival.
- Parts and accessories orders $9.00 delivery NZ wide
- Many products are freight free
- Bulky freight such as Bike Bags is $15
- Freight on bikes in the North Island $30 NZ
- Freight on bikes in the South Island $40 NZ
- Most bikes are offered freight free
- South Island Parts Orders normally take 48hrs.
- Orders will normally ship the same day if received before 2pm during week days.
- All Bikes will be sent out 99% assembled with gears and brakes adjusted. Handlebars and pedals will generally be the only things that require fitting once you receive the bike. (Please note not all bikes come with pedals)
- Please no P.O Box numbers, we need a physical address for couriers
- If you would like to buy online and collect from the shop we will happily build and set you up on your bike
